Fundraising is both strategy and execution. I bring a track record of translating strong programs, ambitious ideas, and complex missions into compelling funding opportunities. Each year, I develop and submit approximately 100 to 150 grant proposals across a diverse portfolio of nonprofit clients, from community-based organizations to national initiatives. My work spans prospect research, funder cultivation, proposal development, grant strategy, and long-term relationship building. With more than $11.2 million secured, and outreach conducted to over 250 institutional funders, I help organizations build stronger funding pipelines, pursue the right opportunities, and position their work for sustained investment.

Since 2022, I have helped BIPOC-led nonprofits and projects secure more than $11.2 million in philanthropic funding while managing the full grant lifecycle, from prospect research and funder strategy to proposal development, submission, reporting, and stewardship. I have built my work around organizations advancing racial justice, economic mobility, community safety, education, workforce development, and opportunities for people and communities excluded from traditional systems of power and investment.
